Grafton Local SEO does not guarantee specific results from our SEO services. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the services shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the services in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with seven days written notice. Upon termination, you are obligated to pay for any services rendered up until the termination date.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
